At MyGroNest, we take great pride in delivering fresh, quality-checked groceries and pantry essentials right to your doorstep. If something is not right with your order, we are here to make it right — quickly and without hassle.
This policy applies to all orders placed on mygronest.com and covers returns, replacements, and refunds for eligible products.
2 Return Eligibility
You may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery if any of the following conditions apply:
- Product received is damaged, broken, or leaking
- Wrong item delivered (different product or variant than ordered)
- Product is expired or past its best-before date at the time of delivery
- Product has a quality issue (infestation, contamination, unusual odour or texture)
- Significant quantity shortfall compared to what was ordered
- Sealed package was tampered with upon arrival
3 Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of grocery products and food safety regulations, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been opened, partially used, or cooked
- Items returned after 7 days from the date of delivery
- Products damaged due to incorrect storage after delivery
- Returns requested due to a change of mind or personal taste preference
- Bulk orders (5 kg and above) unless the product is damaged or incorrect
- Products where original packaging or labels have been removed
4 How to Request a Return
Follow these simple steps to raise a return or refund request:

Once your return request is approved, we will offer one of the following resolutions based on the situation:
- Full Refund — Credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- Store Credit — Instant credit to your MyGroNest account wallet for use on future orders
- Replacement — A fresh item dispatched at no additional cost, subject to availability
6 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged package or the wrong product, please do not discard the item or packaging. Contact us immediately and we will prioritise your case.
For perishable items (fresh produce, etc.) where a quality issue is evident at delivery, please report it within 24 hours of receiving the order for us to be able to assist effectively.
7 Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — a return request must be raised instead.

- If payment was made online and the order is successfully cancelled, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
8 Product Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you received the wrong item or a defective product, please raise a return request. Once approved, you may place a fresh order for the desired product, or we will dispatch a replacement at our discretion.
