- Hosur and surrounding localities — same-day or next-day delivery
- Nearby cities & towns in Tamil Nadu & Karnataka — 1 to 3 business days
- Pan India for select dry grocery products — 3 to 7 business days

Order Processing
- Orders are processed on Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays
- You will receive an order confirmation by email or SMS once your order is placed
- A dispatch notification with tracking details (where applicable) will be sent once your order ships
- Fresh & perishable items from SBL Farms are dispatched with priority handling

Packaging
All products are carefully packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Dry goods (dals, rice, flour, spices) are sealed in moisture-proof packaging. Fragile or breakable items receive additional protective packaging. We are committed to minimising unnecessary packaging waste.

Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
- Extreme weather conditions or natural events
- Public holidays or regional disruptions
- High-demand periods (festivals, sales events)
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer

Failed Delivery & Returns
If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, our delivery partner will attempt re-delivery. If re-delivery also fails, the order may be returned to our store. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate when placing your order.
