• Delivery may be delayed during public holidays, bad weather, or unforeseen circumstances

We want you to be satisfied with every order. Our return policy:

• Damaged or wrong items — contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo
• Perishable items (dairy, fresh produce) are not eligible for return once delivered
• Sealed dry goods (Dals, Flour, Rice, Spices) may be returned if unopened and undamaged
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
